In Term 4, we will introduce students to our School Wide Expectations, aimed at developing a consistent understanding of behaviour and responsibility across all year levels.

 

The RRRR (Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships) focus for this term is Stress Management (Topic 5). 

 

Students will explore:

  • the influence of people, situations, and events on their emotions
  • strategies to manage physical, social, and emotional changes
  • safe and appropriate responses to uncomfortable situations
  • the importance of self-discipline and goal setting in coping with challenges
  • how to identify personal strengths and apply coping strategies to manage change

 

Through these lessons, students will build strategies for self-calming and managing stress effectively.
