CSPS End of Year Picnic 2023
We look forward to celebrating the end of a wonderful year at CSPS with our inaugural End Of Year Picnic on Thursday 7th December 4:30pm - 7:30pm. We would also like to extend this invitation to new families joining Prep in 2024.
Bring your picnic blanket, drinks & food, or purchase some of the delicious food available:
- Dough Slingers food truck (3 types of pizza)
- Pita Man food truck (falafel, hot chips)
- Ormond Ice Creamery food truck (gelato, hot donuts)
- Sausage Sizzle ($3 hot dogs)
- Fairy Floss & Cookies
- Drinks (water, cans & juice)
We are still desperately requiring volunteers to help man the sausage sizzle in 30 min shifts. If you can help, please contact Adele Karmy on 0412 477 558. Most kids love a hot dog so please help us ensure that the sausage sizzle can go ahead.
Please note this is a cashless event.
The PA meeting scheduled for Wednesday 6th December is cancelled. We will be focusing on preparations for the CSPS end of year picnic. If you would like to get involved please contact Adele on 0412 477 558.
We look forward to seeing you at our Parents' Association AGM on Wednesday 21st February 2024 where we will discuss our plans for 2024.
A reminder that we have a WhatsApp group of volunteering at the school. This is where all volunteering is offered to first, and can range from small duties that can be done at home in your own time (for example making flyers / invitations for events) to helping run events.
