Interschool AFL Football

Our Junior and Intermediate female players joined Corryong Secondary College to form a team at the recent AFL Interschool Sport day.

Skye, Jayla, Charlotte, Bridget and Lea had success with the combined Intermediate team, winning three of their matches and placing second.

Bianca and Olivia made new friends with the Junior Corryong players, and the team bonded well to win a majority of the matches and finish in second place. The Junior team had the benefit of Billie Shuttleworth to coach them for the day; she shared her expertise with a willing team. Pictured below is Billie talking through game strategy to an attentive group of athletes.
