P&C Fun Run

Unfortunately, we have had to postpone today’s P&C Fun Run due to the predicted rain and unsafe weather conditions. It seems like every weather report and app got it wrong again! While it’s always disappointing to delay an event the students look forward to, safety must come first. Thank you to our P&C for all the planning and preparation that went into organising this day. The P&C Fun Run will now be held on Friday 25 July and we look forward to enjoying the event together.

Athletics Carnival

We’re hoping that any predicted wet weather clears in time for a dry and sunny weekend so our Athletics Carnival can go ahead as planned on Monday. At this stage, the event will proceed, and unless you hear otherwise from us, families can assume it is going ahead. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

School improvements

Over the past month, several school improvements have been completed to enhance our learning and play spaces. Air conditioning has been installed in the hall, making it more comfortable for events and assemblies. Two large outdoor chess boards have been added to the playground, and new water bottle filling taps are now available for students to use. A big thank you to our students and staff for their thoughtful suggestions, your ideas are helping make our school an even better place.

Final reminder: SchoolTV

This is a final reminder about our SchoolTV parent information sessions taking place this Thursday 19 June in the school hall. There will be two sessions: one at 9:00am and a repeat at 2:00pm. We look forward to sharing this valuable new resource with you, designed to support families with expert advice on a wide range of parenting and wellbeing topics. Light refreshments will be provided. We hope to see you there.
