FAQs
1. Where is any data stored?
Ai Group uses Lime Survey. No personal information is requested from participants such as name, email, or address.
2. What is the purpose of the psychosocial hazard survey?
The purpose of the survey is to identify the organisation’s critical psychosocial health and safety risks in line with the Psychosocial Hazard Management Journey’s risk management methodologies. It will identify the organisation’s overall themes and activities which require focus in the risk management workshop and upcoming risk assessment.
3. What does the Psychosocial Hazard Survey measure?
The online survey investigates the different psychosocial hazards and factors in a workplace such as remote and isolated work, bullying, harassment and workload stressors. It also measures health and safety outcomes such as burnout and psychological distress.
4. Are my responses anonymous?
Your data will be deidentified and your organisation will not be able to identify you. No personal information such as names and addresses are collected. Your organisation will not have access to individual responses, only an aggregated summary for the entire business. A survey summary will only be provided of demographic group breakdowns where there are more than 5 responses in that group (to allow for confidentiality) and there are unique critical risks associated with the activities of that cohort/group.
5. What are the demographic questions used for?
These questions allow your organisation to examine differences in psychological health and safety across different areas and groups across the organisation. Any specific themes which are identified as critical risks may be further explored in the future interviews, the workshop and risk assessment to assist in establishing risk control measures to improve health and safety within the business. These breakdowns will only be provided if there is a minimum of 5 responses for each group and if there are any critical risks identified which may impact psychological health and safety based on responses.
6. Are the survey questions mandatory?
Yes. To establish an understanding of the critical risks in the organisation, it is required we understand the level of risk across all the psychosocial hazards. Answering all questions will assist in providing an overview of the areas which are considered high risks within the business.
7. Further questions?
Should you have any questions on the survey and/or process, please feel free to email safety.services@aigroup.com.au. Thank you for your participation and speaking up. We look forward to seeing you during the journey.
