Financial Assistance Information for Parents

CSEF

Final Reminder: CSEF Applications Due by 4 July 2025

Dear Families,

This is a friendly reminder that the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) applications for 2025 are due by Friday, 4 July 2025.

The CSEF provides financial assistance to eligible families to help cover the costs of school camps, sporting activities, excursions, and incursions. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible. There is also a special consideration category for asylum seeker and refugee families.

The annual CSEF amount is: $154 per primary school student. We have been told that this amount will increase to $400 for 2026 applications.

If you received CSEF at Croydon Hills Primary School in 2024 and your circumstances haven't changed, you do not need to reapply.

New applicants can: Collect a form from the school office, or download a digital copy via Compass (attached to this message)

Please return your completed form along with a copy of your current concession card as soon as possible to ensure your application is processed on time.
