Book Week 2025!

Book Week Parade

The highlight of Book Week is our Book Parade, where staff and students come dressed as their favourite book or character. We had some very original costumes and the winners from each class were awarded a $15 voucher to spend at the Book Fair.

Book Fair

Book Fair is held every year to coincide with Book Week, and our students are encouraged to celebrate the joy of reading. 

Each student was given the opportunity to browse for books to add to their wish list and parents were also invited to drop in to the library and help their children select books. The funds raised from the sales will go towards buying new resources for the library.

Author's Visit

As part of our Book Week celebrations, we had a visit from author Carla Fitzgerald who spoke to our students about what is involved in the production of a book and the writing process, as well as doing some fun activities based on her books.
