MPPS Values Awards 

MPPS Student Values Awards ~ Term 3, Week 4

Students who have demonstrated our school values (Respect, Kindness, Gratitude) are selected from each cohort to receive an award certificate and our new Values wristband to wear to school each day. The students receive this award at a cohort assembly that is conducted twice per term.

 

Well done to the children below who recieved our Values award.

 

Prep

Harry ~  This award goes to a truly kind, thoughtful and compassionate student.  Harry, you are a true role model for our school value of respect.  Harry’s beautiful manners and positive attitude are present in every ‘please’ and ’thank you’. He shows true respect for the people and things in our school by treating them with care and always looking out for others. Harry’s inclusive nature shines through as he constantly looks for ways to help others and ensure everyone is included. He has a true love of learning, which is evident in his enthusiastic and caring approach to class, always willing to give new things a go and look for new challenges.

You consistently share in others joy, making our classroom community a better place! Congratulations, Harry, you are a values superstar! We are so lucky to have you a part of Prep A.

 

Oscar ~ This award goes to a member of Prep B who consistently demonstrates our school value of kindness. Oscar is a caring, thoughtful, and compassionate student who is always looking out for others. Oscar treats everyone with kindness and respect, showing genuine care and empathy in everything he does. His wonderful manners, positive attitude, and consideration for others make him a fantastic role model in our school community. Whether he is helping a classmate, offering support to a teacher, or checking in on a friend to make them smile, Oscar is always finding ways to make a positive difference at MPPS. Congratulations, Oscar! Thank you for being such a wonderful example of our school values. We are so lucky to have you in our class! 

 

Ingrid  ~ This award is presented to a member of Prep B who consistently lives out our school value of gratitude. Ingrid, you are a wonderful role model, demonstrating gratitude in the thoughtful way you approach each day. Every morning, Ingrid arrives at school with a bright smile, warmly greeting her teacher and classmates. Her enthusiasm for learning is evident in everything she does. Ingrid is always thoughtful in her words and actions, showing kindness, respect, and care to everyone around her. She uses beautiful manners, listens attentively when others are speaking, and helps every classmate feel valued, included, and supported. Ingrid shows genuine appreciation for every part of her school day. She celebrates the achievements of others, encourages her friends, and contributes to a positive, caring, and welcoming classroom environment. Her grateful attitude and kind heart makes Prep B a happier place for everyone. We are so fortunate to have you as a member of Prep B, Ingrid. Thank you for making our classroom and school community such a wonderful place to learn, grow, and belong. Congratulations, Ingrid, you are a true Superstar!

Year 1/2 

Quinn  ~ Quinnie displays kindness in all her interactions at school. We are very grateful for Quinnie’s kind and considered approach to everyone she meets throughout the school day. Recently, Quinnie and her mum, Sarah, wrote a beautiful song about KINDNESS to support the launch of our MPPS Kindness Project. We are very proud of her initiative and creativity in writing the kindness song and leading the way with our kindness project.  Quinnie is a wonderful member of our school community who shows all of us what kindness truly looks like, sounds like and feels like at MPPS.

 

Charlotte ~ Charlotte consistently demonstrates gratitude through her kind words, thoughtful actions, and appreciation for those around her. She takes the time to thank her teachers and classmates, values the support she receives, and shows appreciation for every opportunity to learn and grow. Charlotte's positive attitude and caring nature help create a welcoming and respectful classroom where everyone feels valued. She is a wonderful role model, and we are delighted to present her with the Gratitude Award.

 

Oliver ~ Throughout this year, Oliver has shown tremendous growth in the way he cares for others and contributes to our classroom community. We are incredibly proud of the kind, thoughtful and respectful young person he is becoming. He consistently makes a genuine effort to include and support his friends and peers, always considering how his words and actions can help others. Whether he is offering to assist teachers on yard duty or thinking about what is best for our class, Oliver demonstrates kindness through his everyday actions.

Oliver is a valued member of our 1/2C classroom, and his positive attitude and caring nature make a difference to everyone around him. We are so proud of the growth he has shown this year and look forward to seeing him continue to lead by example with kindness and compassion.

Year 3/4

Grace  ~ Grace is a highly deserving recipient of this Values Award for consistently demonstrating Middle Park Primary School's core values of Kindness, Gratitude and Respect in everything she does. Grace approaches each day with a positive attitude, treats others with genuine care and consideration, and shows appreciation for the opportunities and people around her. She is respectful to her peers, teachers and the wider school community, and her actions reflect the high standards and values we strive to uphold at MPPS. One of Grace's greatest strengths is her ongoing kindness and willingness to support those around her. She is always looking out for others, offering encouragement, including classmates and lending a helping hand whenever it is needed. Grace leads by example through her thoughtful actions, positive attitude and genuine care for others. Whether she is assisting a classmate, supporting a friend or contributing positively to classroom activities, Grace consistently puts others first. Her ability to make those around her feel valued and supported makes her a wonderful role model and a natural leader within our school community.

 

Kaia  ~ Our school motto at MPPS is ‘Shine Your Brightest’. This Respect Award goes to a wonderful Year 3 student who truly shines bright. Kaia shows our school values of kindness, gratitude and very notably, respect for everyone and everything around her. She is always friendly and polite, quick to listen and clarify information, and respond to her teachers and other school staff. Kaia also treats her classmates and friends in the yard with genuine care and is the first to offer a helping hand. Kaia’s respect includes taking good care of our school resources and her own belongings, and her wonderful attitude toward learning means she always puts in her best effort. Congratulations on your award for Respect, Kaia! It is well-deserved.

 

Nash  ~ Nash, you are a quiet achiever! You consistently show kindness to everyone who crosses your path and always treat others with respect, empathy, and care. You are thoughtful and inclusive, making those around you feel welcomed and valued. Your calm and gentle nature helps create a positive classroom environment, and you are always willing to lend a helping hand or offer encouragement to your classmates. You interact with others in a respectful and considerate way, using a kind and gentle tone. You also support others by giving gentle reminders and prompts to help classmates return to their tasks. Your compassion, patience, and caring attitude make you a wonderful role model and a valued member of our classroom community. 

 

Prahlad~ Congratulations, Prahlad, on receiving the Gratitude Award!

Prahlad consistently demonstrates gratitude in the classroom through his thoughtful words and actions. He is always polite and respectful to his teachers and peers, showing genuine appreciation for those around him. He never forgets to say "thank you" and his kindness and consideration make others feel valued and respected. Prahlad approaches feedback with a positive attitude, listening carefully, making improvements, and using feedback as an opportunity to grow his learning. He is always willing to offer a helping hand and is a positive and supportive member of our class. The care and effort he puts into his work show his appreciation for his learning and the opportunities he is given. Prahlad demonstrates all of Middle Park's values both inside and outside of the classroom. His gratitude, kindness, and respect have a positive impact on our class, our year level, and our whole school community. Congratulations, Prahlad!

Zach ~ Zach you always show up with a positive attitude & respect for your classmates as well as staff. You continuously demonstrate our school values, but above all you are always respectful. In class you are a keen learner & engaged in class discussions.  You bring your wealth of knowledge to science, thank you. Keep up the great work!

 

Jacob ~ Congratulations, Jacob, on receiving this award for Kindness. This award celebrates the kindness you show every day through your words and actions, whether you are spending time with younger students, classmates, teachers, parents, or members of the wider community. You always show genuine care and make others feel welcome and valued.Jacob, your kindness shines through in everything you do. You are always willing to offer a helping hand, include others, and show patience and understanding for younger students, when needed. Your thoughtful and caring nature has a positive impact on those around you. Congratulations once again, Jacob. You should be very proud of the value of kindness you demonstrate each day and the positive influence you have on our school community. This award is a well-deserved recognition of the wonderful example you set for others. Well done, Jacob

 

Jack ~ Congratulations, Jack, on receiving this well-deserved award. You consistently demonstrate the value of kindness in every interaction, whether with younger students, teachers, parents, or members of the wider community. Jack, you are always inclusive and make a genuine effort to ensure everyone feels welcome and valued. Your friendly nature, respect for others, and sense of fairness, create an environment where people feel accepted and experience a true sense of belonging within our school community. You are an outstanding role model for your peers, and your kindness has a positive impact on everyone around you. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition, Jack. Well done!

 

Sam ~ I want to recognize Sam for his outstanding achievements so far this year. Not only are you excelling in your position as Art Leader, but you also consistently demonstrate a remarkable depth of thoughtfulness and consideration when taking care of our art supplies and resources, ensuring everything is cleaned and organised after each session. You display constant gratitude toward your teachers through your positive attitude and application to all aspects of learning. Thank you for your willingness to stand as an excellent role model for your peers, you truly embody the best of our creative community. Thank you Sam, for inspiring us all and leading by example.
