NSW Country Cup 

A great day was had Thursday June 18 on the Inverell High oval as we hosted the NSW Country Cup, with all teams displaying outstanding teamwork, determination and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

While our Under 14s Girls were defeated in a tough contest, they represented the school with pride and never gave up. Congratulations to our Under 14s Boys, Under 16s Girls and Under 16s Boys on their impressive wins, with the Under 16s Boys securing a particularly convincing victory.

A big thank you to Glen Innes High School for making the trip and contributing to a fantastic day of rugby league, and to the NRL Development staff, Trent and his team, for organising and running such a successful event.

Open Girls Netball Success 

On Friday June 19, our Open Girls Netball Team travelled to Glen Innes to compete in the first three rounds of the CHS Netball Knockout.

The girls played strong matches against Glen Innes, Armidale and Uralla, coming away with three impressive wins. This is a fantastic achievement, particularly as our team is very young and competed against teams made up entirely of senior students.

Congratulations to the girls on their effort, teamwork, sportsmanship and outstanding results throughout the day.
