Cross Country

Friday the 22nd of March

Cross country was an amazing event for everyone to participate in. The event took place at the Kangaroo Flat Botanical Gardens where we completed laps of a 1km course. There were checkpoints all around the course with adults standing at them.

In the 12 boys event Nate H was first over the line, closely followed by Darby Lamb in second place and Darcy Yin in third. In the 12 girls Caitlin P claimed first place, followed by Bridget Gardner and then Alice Hogan in third place.

Now we will move on to the 11 boys, Harry S was in first place with Sam C in second and Rocco L in third. Alexis W was first place in the 11 girls with Thea H in second place and Molly D in third.

Run Club

Run Club will be on Thursday morning this week since we finish the term on Thursday afternoon.

Students and parents are invited to take part in out weekly run club.

Walk/run as many laps of the school oval as you can from 8.10 - 8.30am every Friday morning. It's not a race, you set your own pace. Challenge yourself to better your lap count each week. Proudly wear your run club achievement badge for the day and encourage your friends to come along.

Just sign in at the gate on arrival and participate to the best of your ability.

New runners welcome. See Mr Epps if you have any questions.
