Canteens

Our canteens have been outsourced this year to a company called Jude Fina Foods. So if your child is using a debit card to pay for food, this name will appear on the bank statements.

Readings Teen Advisory Board positions now available for Western Chances recipients!

Western Chances in partnership with The Readings Teen Advisory Board (TAB) are excited to present this wonderful opportunity to Western Chance recipients aged 14 - 19 years.The Readings Teen Advisory Board is a volunteer group of teenagers that meets once a month to learn about careers in the book industry, chat about recent and forthcoming young adult books, talk with authors, write blog posts, and short reviews, and provide feedback to Readings staff members and publishing industry people on a range of subjects.The Teen Advisory Board are also given the opportunity to judge the Gab Williams Prize for young adult books and attend an in-person work experience day at a publishing house. Select books will be provided free of charge to board members throughout the year! To be considered, you must be available to attend online Board meetings on the third Tuesday of each month between 4.30pm - 6.00pm.
