Foundation B  - Lucas 

For your amazing efforts in standing in front of the class and sharing some interesting facts about the different planets during our inquiry “What’s up there?”

Class 1/2B - Miriam

For the exceptional effort you put into your writing this week! Mim, you embraced the challenge of becoming a weather reporter and your creativity in your presentation was something to behold! The facts you included were amazing, as well as the quirky one liners. Look out Jane Bunn! I cant wait to see the final product next week.

Class 1/2D - Evie

 

For your excellent work in writing this week. You have done such a great job of writing your weather report, ensuring that you have included facts about your chosen weather event. We can't wait to see the finished product! Amazing work, Evie!

 

Class 1/2K - Gasper

 

For his fantastic work ethic so far this year. Gaspar, you have utterly impressed me with your 'can do attitude' and your willingness to lock into your learning. Even when you place yourself in the learning pit, you show determination and work hard to succeed. Congratulations on a great start!  

 

Class 1/2S - Iyla

 

For the incredible growth you have made in your independence and confidence within your learning. Iyla, I have been delighted to see you approach learning tasks with a growth mindset, giving all tasks a ‘red hot go’, and have been impressed by your proactive contributions to class discussions. For consistently modelling our daily School Value and classroom expectation each day.  You go out of your way to help others and this makes you a valuable member of our class.  It has been great to see you becoming more confident with lining up your place value when solving vertical equations.  Well done, legend!

 

Class 3/4N - Whole class

 

For the positive way the class participated in our seed planting incursion. You have all shown so much enthusiasm during our inquiry unit.

 

Class 3/4M - 

 

For always striving for excellence in your learning. In Literacy, you have made sure to meet all of the success criteria to create informative and detailed paragraphs about the Earth’s structure. In Maths, you have challenged yourself to learn how to round money and to use vertical subtraction to calculate change. What an incredible learner.

 

 

Class  3/4S - Sam

 

For consistently demonstrating excellent decision-making skills that contribute positively to both your own learning and the learning environment of your peers. Throughout this week, you have shown commendable dedication by actively removing yourself from distractions and making choices that enhance your learning experience as well as the learning experience of your peers. Your commitment to refining your skills and engaging wholeheartedly during instructional sessions is truly commendable. Congratulations on your exemplary efforts! Keep up the exceptional work, and continue to inspire us all with your determination and focus.

 

 

Class 5/6A - Ollie

 

For the incredible effort you have put into the DASH program this term. Ollie, you embraced every activity and completed all tasks with a positive attitude. You worked hard as part of a group on your proposal to decide the best way to help our community reduce the problem of littering by using reusable cups. Keep up the super work!  

 

Class 5/6J - Lachie

 

For his amazing effort towards Writing this week. Lachie, you wrote an amazing narrative, which had a clear beginning, middle and end and told of a story between a bird and its babies. You should be proud of the effort you put in! Keep up the great work!

 

Class 5/6P - Ella  

For showing grit and determination during our mathematics this week. Ella, you have applied feedback and utilised networks in the classroom to embrace solving complex balancing equations. Keep up the great work superstar!

Japanese - Esther 

For the enthusiasm and joy you bring to your learning. Esther, you are always having a red hot go and you’re not afraid to make mistakes because that’s what good linguists do! You help to make your classmates more confident because they see you trying your best when you speak and write in Japanese. Thanks for being a superstar!

For being an amazing team player!  I was so proud of the way you worked with others, implemented strategies, communicated with your team mates and were such a good sport. Amazing effort, Logan! Well done!
