Library

It has been wonderful to see the students enjoying their time back in the Library this term, and leaving with countless, amazing books to enhance their reading skills, and explore their imaginations.

Thanks to your (tax-deductible) donations to the Library Fund, I have been busy buying hundreds of new books to keep up their enthusiasm. However, being a fabulously busy Library, and run part-time, the Library could do with your help. One of the best ways parents can assist, is to contact these new books, so that they get on the shelves faster.

The great thing about this form of volunteering, is that you are able to pick the new books up from the Library at a time convenient to you, and then complete it in the comfort of your own home.

At the moment I have 10 bags of new books itching to be contacted and placed in the hands of our avid readers. If you think you could help, please email port.melbourne.ps@education.vic.gov.auand mark it to the attention of Miss Nicole.
