Cadet Report

On the 13th of March the senior cadets headed out to Glendenning for our annual Bivouac. Before the Year 8's arrived the senior cadets set up the camp and settled in for the night. On Thursday morning the seniors prepared their lessons ready for all the cadets to come out later in the afternoon.
Once the cadets arrived they set up their hootchies and started their rotation of lessons. Throughout the camp the cadets were taught lessons in areas such as cam & con, first aid, ratel, navigation and field engineering.
After the first rotation of lessons we all had dinner and then had the opportunity to participate in a night game which everyone enjoyed.
On Friday morning the cadets were delivered their other rotations of lessons and we then headed back to Monivae.
Overall it was a very successful camp and a big congratulations to all the Year 8's and the senior leaders on their efforts throughout the camp!
