As Term 4 comes to an end, we would like to thank Act Belong Commit for our Mentally Healthy School partnership. A big thank you to all of the students, staff, parents and caregivers for continuing to deliver and promote the Act Belong Commit message in our school. The promotion of mentally healthy strategies to students, staff and the school community truly gives everyone lifelong skills and reduces the stigma around mental health - so thank you for passing on that message!

Continuing in the trend of 2024,Act Belong Commit will be bringing School Partners themed terms with a focus over the whole year related to Social and Emotional Wellbeing.

Term 1: Self-Awareness, Connection to Mind and Emotions, and Connection to Spirit, Spirituality and Ancestors

Term 2: Responsible Decision Making, Connection to Community, Self-Management, and Connection to Body

Term 4: Relationship Skills, and Connection to Family and Kinship

We have been exploring Kids Helpline @School pre-recorded videos to build our resilience and wellbeing. 

This term we have looked at the pre-recorded video of Tips for starting our term well so we could make the most of the new school term. We also look forward to exploring the Safe & happy holidays pre-recorded video that reminds us about staying safe, beating boredom and how to get support in the school holidays.
