As our students face the unique challenges of adolescence, it’s crucial to remain vigilant about the risks associated with certain behaviors in the community. Through our health curriculum, we adopt a harm minimisation approach, emphasising education and responsible decision-making. We encourage parents to engage in regular, open conversations with their children about their health, choices that they make and where they see themselves in the future. By working together, we can guide our students to make safe and informed choices.
To maximise learning time, it's essential that students come to class prepared with all necessary materials. This includes their books, pencil case, and a fully charged laptop. Students are reminded to pay close attention to what is required for each class, ensuring that they are ready to engage and succeed in their studies.
Our CONNECT program is designed to keep Year 7-9 students engaged and connected at school until the end of the year. We hold high expectations for attendance until each student's final day of formal schooling.
Year 11 last day of classes is Tuesday 26th November, with Wednesday 27th to 29th being the Year 11 camp.
