Families as partners in Catholic Schools. 

'In choosing a Catholic School, parents enter a partnership with the school in which there is shared privilege and responsibility for the child's faith formation, learning and wellbeing. '

There is much research that shows that the more engaged a child's family is in their school, the more they feel they belong, and therefore they learn and grow more productively and positively. 

Why do I raise this this week? I raise this as St Anne's Market Day is only 10 days away. 

The market is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and have fun. 

It is a wonderful opportunity to raise funds for our school and for the wider community to get a little bit of a taste of just how wonderful St Anne's is!

Our whole community benefits from the funds raised on Market Day so it is important that we all give a little bit in order to help it be a successful day. 

Class rosters are very empty. Please have a look on Seesaw at your class roster and pop yourself in for even a 1 hour shift. 

Let's make Market ay a huge hit... but many hands are needed to achieve this. 

Thank you for the jar donations and the chocolate blocks that will be send in tomorrow. Please spread the word about market with your friends and family.
