Principal's Message
Dear parents, students and families,
I trust everyone enjoyed their break over the Cup weekend and many of you were able to take advantage of 4 days away together if you were able to get Monday off work.
Tomorrow at 2.30pm is when we will hold our rescheduled Lapathon. As you are no doubt aware this is used to raise money for our local Seaford chapter of St Vincent de Paul's to support their Christmas Appeal. I remind you that tomorrow we also have a special day where students are asked to bring a chocolate block as part of building up our stalls for Market Day on the 17th November. Your support of this is much appreciated.
Next week we will have a Remembrance Day Liturgy on Monday at 11am as it is the 11th day of the 11th month.
“Lord, hold our returned and fallen troops in your loving hands. Let us remember them and the protection they have given us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they performed for us in our time of need. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord."
Foundation Orientation commences on Tuesday 12th for our Foundation 2025 cohort. Always a hugely exciting time for the families, incoming students and our school itself.
Sunday 17th November is our Market Day. Thank you to the team working hard behind the scenes to make the day a success. Please be prepared to offer a couple of hours of your time to make the event a success and to share the load. Your children will be the ones to benefit as the money is earmarked for playground improvemnets once the senior build is completed.
God bless
Rod Shaw
