Journalling with the 21 Day Wellbeing Journal.
Families that attended the community sessions with Martin will have received a copy of the 21 Day Wellbeing Journal.
The journal is designed to help you practice the GEM principles of Gratitude, empathy and mindfulness.
Everyday you will be asked to complete a different activity along with three things that went well for you on that particular day. This is our end of day practice in every classroom.
This will complement the Conversation Starter that is included in the daily email. Conversation starters are provided to give you something to focus your afternoon conversations at the end of school.
