OUR FAITH

PRAYER 

Almighty ever living God, who placed the love of Our Lady Help of Christians in the heart of those who brought the Catholic faith to these shores, grant, through her intercessions, wisdom to our leaders and integrity to our citizens, so that, under her protection, Australia may know harmony, justice and peace.

We ask this through Christ Our Lord.

LITURGY NEWS

Yesterday some of the students in Year 6 had the opportunity to attend Reconciliation and Kinder had a class visit with one Fr chris.

Family Masses

Our next Family Mass will be held Sunday 2nd June (Year 3) at St Nicholas Church at 9.30a.m. 

These Masses are an opportunity for our School community to come together with our Parish Community to celebrate the Liturgy of the Word and to share a ‘cuppa ‘and morning tea afterwards.

The Month of Mary

May is the month of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We can take the month of May as an opportunity to renew our own devotion to the Mother of God by dusting off our rosary beads and adding a few more Marian prayers to our daily routine. Prayers such as The Angelus, The Regina Caeli and The Memorae are some that can be included in your daily prayer as well as saying the Rosary.

First Reconciliation and First Eucharist preparation and program has begun for our students. Please ensure you have completed the Information Sheet online or handed in a hard copy to the school office.

MEN'S BREAKFAST

Men’s Breakfast

Saturday 25th May 2024

The weather may be cool, but the companionship will be warm and welcoming. We have outdoor heaters. Bring a coat and bring a friend. The food will bring you back. Everyone is welcome. Be ready by 7am.  We can eat, chat, hear great reflections from men just like us. You can move on with your day after 8am. Please let us know if you are available, so we don’t run out of food, on 0427 851 651. Share the message with your mates.
