Geelong Underwater Hockey Come and Try

Geelong Underwater Hockey is holding come-and-try sessions on Wednesday nights at the 6 pm- 7pm at Geelong Grammar Handbury Centre. Students will have the opportunity to participate in three sessions before deciding if they would like to continue playing. All equipment will be supplied. Our come-and-try sessions are held in a shallow pool; our senior teams play in a pool 2 meters deep.

Underwater hockey is a non-contact sport where two teams compete to manoeuvre a puck across the bottom of a swimming pool into goals. Players wear a diving mask, fins and a snorkel. The gear also includes a cap, mouthguard, a glove and a stick.
