Student Voice

Student Voice : Heights

We are almost halfway through Term 2 with lots of exciting events happening and planned. The SLC have returned back from Log Cabin Camp in Ballarat. They had so many fun activities, especially on The Leap of Faith and the Zipline. The camp experience taught the SLC students how to work independently and collaboratively. They completed their journey by visiting Sovereign Hill and getting the chance to experience the past, as well as pan for real gold! The SLC students also had a chance to buy candy from Sovereign Hill which they enjoyed!

The SLC students are also fortunate enough to participate in a free swimming program starting this Friday. We know all the SLC students are grateful for this opportunity to learn and improve their swimming skills.

Last week, some students participated in Cross Country. They were very tired by the end of the day, but everyone who went tried their best, but most of all they had fun! Congratulations to all students  who went to Cross Country!

This week is also Education Support Staff day, please make sure to thank them for all their hard work and support.

We hope everyone is enjoying Term 2 so far, and remember to stay positive and keep smiling!
