Art Showcase

Voluntary Curriculum Contribution information.

The Event :  Art Showcase | Proposed for November - Week 6 Term 4

At Dana Street Primary, we are committed to fostering creativity and artistic expression among our students. To further enhance the art education experience, we are seeking support for the acquisition of essential art supplies for our up and coming bi-annual Art Festival.

Your $25 of contribution would directly impact our students by providing them with the tools they need to explore and develop their artistic talents. By investing in our art program, you are not only supporting the growth of individual students but also enriching the overall educational environment at our school. If you can contribute, it would make a significant difference in nurturing the artistic potential within our student body.

The Art Showcase is only 1 of 2 whole school events in which the school is seeking a voluntary curriculum contribution. The school is requesting a voluntary curriculum contribution of $25 towards the whole school activity, Art Showcase (November).

Payments of $25 can be accepted anytime between now and beginning of Term 3, Friday 19 July 2024. By closing off contributions by Friday 19th July , Dee ( Art Teacher)  can purchase supplies/resources to create items for the Art Showcase which is scheduled to take place in November . (Date to TBC)

Payment Options

Payment options for Voluntary Contributions are a little different to those of extra curricular (user pays) contributions.

Contributions of $25 can be made via SENTRAL Pay (Debit/Credit Card) or B'Pay.

If you would like to use your School Account Credit, please email the school on ballarat.ps.dana@education.vic.gov.au. Your written permission will allow us to deduct $25 from your school credit.

NB: As this is a voluntary curriculum contribution,  CSEF cannot be used for contributions.

We greatly appreciate your consideration and support in helping us create a vibrant and inspiring space for artistic learning.
