Students from Foundation to Grade 2 are invited to attend their Father/Father-Figure Fitness Group session on 28 November and join in the fun.

During Weeks 5 and 6, Elaine and Feeney are joining us to support the Hub in delivering programs as part of their studies at KANGAN TAFE. They will be completing their student placements with us, gaining valuable practical experience while helping to strengthen community connections. Welcome.

We were delighted to welcome the National Family and Child Hubs Community of Practice members to our Meadows community. The Meadows Community Hub was pleased to showcase our program to the wider network and share our learnings.
Our visitors shared wonderful feedback:
“Thank you so much to you for a fantastic visit to Meadows Primary School and a great conversation on Wednesday. The work you are doing at Meadows is truly impressive, and the strong sense of ownership and belonging within the community along with your strong partnerships with external organisations was clearly evident.”

Last week, our playgroup enjoyed an engaging activity where children had fun walking on paint in a mess-free way. They were excited and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This activity supported both fine and gross motor development through sensory play. Fun was had by all, even the parents joined in!

Planning for our 2026 Hub programs is now underway, and we’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas! What programs would you like to see at the Hub next year?
Share your suggestions with Melissa or Gonul in the Hub.

Kindergarten is a play-based educational program led by qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Kindergarten is offered to all children in the two years before they start school.
Kindergarten is free and supports every Victorian child to get the best start in life no matter where they live. It is strongly encouraged that all children attend kinder programs for two years before school as a crucial part of their educational journey.
Bring your family and friends and enjoy a delicious meal on us!
No bookings are required, just come along and join the fun!
We're here to connect, share and support our community.

We’re excited to welcome you to our Hub—a space designed to connect families with each other, with the school and kindergarten, and with local support services and community networks.
You're invited to drop in for a coffee or tea and a friendly chat. Melissa is available Monday to Friday, and Gonul, who also speaks Arabic and Turkish, is available on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
We’d love to hear from you. If you have any suggestions, ideas for future programs, or events you'd like to participate in at the Hub, please don’t hesitate to share.
At Meadows Primary School Community Hub, we encourage and support community engagement through a range of programs and services open to both the school and the wider community.
We hope to see you soon!
