ESafety - Introducing Our Brand New Online Safety Game

The ESafety Commission is excited to share their brand new Mighty Heroes adventure, a fun, interactive web-based game created to help primary school-aged children learn to stay safer online. The game can be played on whiteboards, tablets, desktops and laptops.

It’s a fun, interactive web-based game that helps children build essential online safety skills. The game introduces four Mighty Heroes, each with their own online safety superpower. Players enter the pixel world to help the Mighty Heroes defeat Robo Raven and restore the internet to a safe and positive place for everyone.

It’s easy for families to try at home—the game can be played on tablets, laptops or desktop computers, and doesn’t require any logins. Families can jump straight in and explore!

Healthy Lunchboxes

Lunchbox food plays an important role in supporting children’s ability to concentrate, learn, and play throughout the school day. Providing a balanced, nutritious lunch helps maintain energy levels, supports brain development, and encourages positive eating habits.

Nutrition Australia has created helpful guides with simple tips for building a healthy lunchbox. They suggest including a variety of foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, and protein-rich options to keep children feeling full and focused. Including a small treat is perfectly okay too, as part of a balanced approach to healthy eating. Here at St Brigid’s, we are not officially a nut or egg-free school. However, we do have students with significant allergies. If there is a student in your child’s class with a severe allergy, please avoid these foods where possible.

Before School on the Playground

Just a friendly reminder that before and after school, students are not permitted to play on the playground, due to their only being one teacher on duty before school.

With thanks
