Australia's new National Champion for BMX - Junior Superclass Women

               Isla Basa

Isla and Alicia Basa recently competed at the BMX National 23 in Shepparton, Victoria. Isla competed in the Junior Superclass Women division which was an incredibly tight competition. Riders went three wide into the first turn in the final, but it was Isla who emerged in front. She continued her pursuit to take the win. She has now qualified for the World Championships in the USA (Rock Hill, South Carolina) next year.

Alicia also performed extremely wel, finishing 11th in Australia for the 13 year girl age category.
