Year 6 - End of Year Key Graduation Event Timetable

Year 6 families please take note of the key dates and events as scheduled for the final weeks of Term 4.

Thursday 7th December - 6.00pm-7.30pm

Graduation Mass & Year 6 Presentations
- Our Year 6 families are invited to the Year 6 Graduation Mass on Thursday 7th December. At the conclusion of the Mass we will make all formal presentations to our Year 6 children and recognise those families who conclude their formal association with St Andrew’s School.

Friday 8th December

Year 6 Fun Day Celebration!
- Our Year 6 children will be offsite for the day attending Zone Bowling Centre, Clayton. (Further details to come)
- Optional early dismissal from 1.30pm

Wednesday 13th December

Thursday 14th December

End of Year Assembly - 12.30pm - 1.15pm
- Our Year 6 children will lead the final assembly for the 2023 School Year. The Year 6 children will present their traditional Graduation dance routine/celebration to the school.
Year 6 Family Lunch 1.30pm - 2.30pm
- Following on from the final Year 6 assembly, we invite all Year 6 children, and parents, to gather in the hall for an end of Year 6 family lunch. (Full details in regards to the lunch will be distributed to families)
- Year 6 children, and siblings, have the option of an early dismissal at the conclusion of the lunch.

Friday 15th December

1.20pm - 1.30pm - Grade 6 Graduation Guard of Honour
- We invite all community members to gather at the front of the school as we celebrate the traditional Year 6 Graduate Guard of Honour. Year 6 children will be cheered through a student guard of honour, recognising their time at our school and their new 2024 journeys.
1.30pm - End of 2023 School Year for all classes.
