Celebrating Student Learning 

Remembrance Day  2023                                    

Thank-you to all of the students who stood so quietly and displayed 

our school value of respect during the Remembrance Day Assembly this week.

Key features of this commemorative assembly included:

- Lowering the flag to half-mast

- Reading of ‘The Ode’

- Listening to ‘The Last Post’

- One minute of silence 

I would like to acknowledge the participation of Mr Camilleri (reading the Ode) and the school captain’s: Boro (6A), Avery (6B) and Kien (6B) for their role in the assembly. Miss Myall also assisted behind the scenes with the sale of poppies and badges.

This year we raised $137.00.

All money will be returned to the RSL who greatly appreciate our on-going support.
