NDIS Navigator

Hi everyone,

It's great to be back at Croydon SDS working in this exciting new role as NDIS Navigator.

Croydon SDS is fortunate to be one of 32 specialist schools in the first rollout for this role. By 2025, every Victorian government specialist school will have an NDIS Navigator.

I can can help you to:

• navigate and understand the NDIS
• apply for and access NDIS funded supports for your child
• understand activities like a plan reassessment.
• find out how to raise issues about your child’s plan or with a provider. 

This is fully funded through the Department of Education, so there is absolutely no cost to families to access this support.  

I'm working on Thursdays and Fridays from 8.30am to 4.30pm, so please call the school office to make an appointment to meet with me in person, online or talk over the phone.

Linda is continuing her work as Family Support Coordinator to support you with Centrelink, help you find services in the community to support your family, help you with services for when your child graduates, Companion Cards, We Care Carer Card, be your listening ear and many more things that you may like help with on a Wednesday and Friday.
