Principal's News 

 Good afternoon families,

It has been a busy week as we get ready for the Art Show this coming week.

Thank you to Kath and Martin Morrissey for helping with our Pizza lunch today. 

Our Year 6 girls participated in an AFL football competition on Friday at RESA park. 

St Louis won the tournament and that is back to back wins. Well done girls.

 Congratulation to our year 6 boy's cricket teams. Our two cricket teams played off in the grand final and team A was victorious and will now go through to the Regional competition. 

Congratulations also goes to our Year 6 Sustainability team and Mrs Merton. On Friday St Louis hosted the Big Green School's Conference. Each school that attended, presented their year long project of improving sustainability in their schools. St Louis' was announced the winner and we received $300. 

Prep Orientation for 2024 Students

The next Orientation for Prep 2024 students is this Thursday 26 October at 9am - 12.15 pm 

School Advisory Council (SAC)

 On Thursday night we had a SAC meeting. 

On the agenda was:-  

• 2024 School fees 
• 2024 class structure
•  2024 class sizes 
• the school's loans 
• staffing.  

 St Louis' Art Show Tuesday 24 and Thursday 26 October 2023

You are all invited to St Louis' Art Show on Tuesday 24 and Thursday 26 October.

The students have been preparing for the Art Show all year. Students have prepared art from their classroom and their visual art lessons. 

Tuesday 24 October at 4.30 - 6.30pm with the Offical opening at 5 pm in the hall. 

Thursday 3.30- 5.30pm is also opened for parents to view the student's art work.

Important Dates:-

Tuesday 24 October-  St Louis' Art Show 4.30- 6.30 pm. Offical opening 5 pm 

Tuesday 24 October - prep excursion 

Thursday 26 October- St Louis' Art Show 3.30- 5.30 pm 

Thursday 26 October - Prep 2024 orientation  9am - 12.15 pm 

Friday 27 October - World Teacher's Day 

Monday 6 November - School closure.
