Dear Parents,

Welcome to Week 6. This term is definitely flying by.

MULTI SPORT COLOUR EVENT

Today we held our Multi Sport Colour Event to raise money for the Catholic Education Foundation. the event was a vibrant celebration of community spirit, energy, and fun and It was heartwarming to see everyone come together. A huge thank you to Zing Activ who coordinated and ran the very successful event today.

GRANDPARENT'S DAY

We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating Grandparents' Day at St. Aidan's! Every class put on fantastic performances that truly showcased their hard work and creativity. The choir sang beautifully, filling the air with their harmonious melodies, and the showgroup demonstrated their amazing talents. Our open classrooms were a great opportunity for everyone to see the wide variety of talent we have across so many domains. It was a joy to share these special moments with our grandparents and the entire St. Aidan's community, celebrating the incredible diversity and talent within our school. Thank you to everyone who made this day unforgettable!

KINDERGARTEN 2025 ORIENTATION

We are thrilled to share the wonderful experiences from our Kindergarten Orientation Days for 2025 at St. Aidan's. Our future Kindergarten students were incredibly settled and thoroughly enjoyed their visits. They had a fantastic time creating crowns and left with their very own "I'm going to St Aidan's" t-shirts, which they wore with pride.

On the second orientation day, our soon-to-be Kindergarten students met their Year 5 buddies. We were extremely proud of our Year 5 students, who took great care of the little ones and ensured their morning was filled with fun and laughter.

We can't wait to welcome our new Kindergarten students back next year and see the wonderful friendships blossom. St. Aidan's is truly a place where everyone is excited to learn and grow together!

SCS PARENT CHARTER

Sydney Catholics Schools are launching the updated Parent Charter at the beginning of next year. The intention of this Charter is to further outline the principles and expectations that underpin the relationship between parents and schools as together we build school communities based on our enduring values of faith, hope and love. This Charter outlines the need to treat every member of the school community with courtesy and respect at all times where mutual respect and dignity can flourish.

YEAR 6 BRIGIDINE CHARISM LEADERS

At our Week 5 assembly we presented our Year 6 Charism Leaders with their badges. We thank them for being our Charism Leaders this year. They have continued to teach and support our students to be the best they can be by leading by example and living out our Brigidine Charism of Compassion, Respect, Justice, Forgiveness and Charity.

Have a lovely week.

God Bless.
