Here To Serve Day - Saturday 13th December

This Christmas, the churches of Devonport are coming together to bless our city through practical love, generosity, and hope. Building on last year’s Here to Serve, we’re inviting everyone across the Devonport churches to join us for one coordinated day of service and giving, showing what happens when the Church serves as one.

What’s Happening:

Gift Wrapping Stations - Free gift wrapping and warm smiles for shoppers in the Mall and Kmart.
Free Coffees & Acts of Kindness
Teams will be out across Devonport sharing free coffees, small gifts, and words of encouragement — simple acts that remind people of the love and kindness at the heart of Christmas.
Supporting the Salvos – Bags of Hope Appeal
Churches are packing Bags of Hope in partnership with The Salvation Army to support local families experiencing hardship this Christmas.

You can help by joining the Serve Day on Saturday, 13 December!

We would love to see 50–100 people from across our churches serving together, wrapping gifts, handing out coffees, and showing kindness all over Devonport.

Registration is required, and you will receive an ID lanyard and safety vest. You can also select where you can best serve on the day.
