Graduate Outcome Awards

Over the last fortnight, teachers have been on the lookout for students who show the Graduate Outcome of HOPE.  

Students who graduate from St Therese’s Primary School are people of HOPE, who are self-confident and believe in themselves.  

Last week, we celebrated and acknowledged these students at our assembly with our awards presentation.  

Thank you to all of our wonderful students for striving to show our Graduate Outcomes through their words and actions every day. Our staff and families see and value all of the wonderful things you do to be your best selves at St Therese's. 

Academic Awards

Among the excitement of Week 10 was our annual Academic Awards for students across the whole school. These awards acknowledge the outcomes of students in English and Mathematics across the following categories:

Excellence Award - Awarded to the student in each class who has demonstrated outstanding achievement and excellence for English or Mathematics.

Endeavour Award - Awarded to the students in each class who has demonstrated fantastic effort, growth, resilience and/ or determination to do their best in English or Mathematics.

The staff at St Therese's are enormously proud of the 2025 award winners, and also congratulate all students for the efforts they make every day towards being the best learners they can be. It is a wonderful thing for our teachers to find it so difficult to select their award recipients when we have so many deserving students!

Did you know that in 2025, BOTH our Boys and Girls teams powered their way through to the SSV Region Championships in Swan Hill—across Netball, AFL Football, Basketball, and Cricket Blast? What an incredible feat!

And the excitement doesn’t stop there! This year, TWO of our teams went on to compete at the State Titles: our Boys Cricket Team (1st) and our Boys Netball Team (3rd) in September. An amazing milestone for our school!

These achievements are something truly special. Every single student who has worn our new SSV uniforms and colours in SSV competitions this year should feel immensely proud. We are the ONLY school in the entire Bendigo region to reach these heights in 2025! What a year, what a school, and what a community to celebrate!
