Carols at the Rex

A huge well done to all our primary students who performed at the Carols on Sunday night! Your enthusiasm, confidence, and wonderful singing made us incredibly proud. It was fantastic to see each of you shining on stage and representing our school so beautifully. Thank you for your hard work, commitment, and the joy you brought to the community.

Well done, everyone! 🎄✨

Primary Swimming Program

This week’s focus is on water survival skills. On Thursday 11th, Yr. 3-6 students will be assessed wearing specific clothing in the water. F-2 students do not need to bring any additional clothing but will still take part in age-appropriate survival activities, including using a PFD, rope rescues, safe entries and safety discussions.

Clothing required for Yr 3-6:

  • Swimwear/bathers/towel (as normal)

  • Long trousers (light material, minimal pockets)

  •  Long-sleeved shirt or a light T-shirt

  • Plastic bag for wet clothes

Thank you for your cooperation and support of the program this year.

Science Incursion

On Tuesday this week, students from Years 5-9 had the opportunity to engage with the "Science Roadshow", presented by University students. The program aimed to expose students to STEM options in further study and careers.  The feedback from the presenters was that our students were one of the most engaged schools that they have ever been to, and they were impressed by our students' Science knowledge.
