From the Principal's desk

Welcome back to Term 3. We have a lot of things happening this term. Next Thursday all staff will be travelling to Melbourne for 'The Resilience Project' - teacher seminar. This is a student free day with the office being closed as all staff will be attending. We will be holding Parent/Teacher/Student interviews later in the term. This is a fantastic opportunity for parents to discuss their child's progress and for staff to share learning goals set for semester 2.

Lions Public Speaking

Numurkah Primary School will be hosting the Lion's Public Speaking competition this Sunday, 21st July. We have six students from years 3-6 presenting their speeches, I wish them good luck. I invite any families to come along and support our students. More details will be sent out via Compass later in the week.

Lightning Premiership

Our senior students will participate in the 'Lightning Premiership' on Friday the 26th July, 2024 in Yarrawonga. Students will travel by bus for a full day of games and fun.

Victorian State School's Spectacular

The Victorian State School's Spectacular is a fabulous opportunity for our students to be part of. We are heading off for our first Melbourne rehearsal next Wednesday 24th July. It will be a very exciting day with a chance to meet students from other schools participating in the Mass Choir. Tickets to the show are sold through Ticketek and open next Monday the 22nd. Our first Melbourne rehearsal will be on Wednesday the 24th of July.
