Class 9

We made playdough using lots of different colours, which was cool. We celebrated Rhys and Taylah’s birthdays and made chocolate fudge slice.. yummy!

The weather has been so nice, we went for lots of bush walks, played on the circuit equipment at Dromana School and had great times in the yard too.

School camp was the highlight for Term 2 for Elijah, Declan and Taylah. Lucky for Beth-Lynn she was back in time for this exciting adventure at Camp Manyung  Mt Eliza. 

Class 17 also came on camp with us. We did a beach walk and explored the rock pools and found some crabs, a jelly fish and enjoyed throwing rocks into the water. Archery was enjoyed by all the group and Lynie nearly got a bullseye. Bush cooking was fun even though some of the damper was a little black and crunchie. We got to toast marshmallows over the fire after dinner. Favourite student activities were : Tree Rolling was definitely Elijah’s. The giant swing was Taylah’s and Declan especially enjoyed preparing the fire for our marshmallows. The students enjoyed navigating their way through the bush on the night walk to spot possum’s.
