Beef Education Day

On Friday 21 June, St Joseph's Cattle Show Team attended Singleton Beef and Land Management's Education Day. Students attended workshops addressing cattle identification, structure, judging of interbreed classes, seed identification, common cattle diseases and health conditions, stock squad and identification of cuts of beef. The day was thoroughly enjoyed by all, and we would like to thank Singleton Beef and Land Management Association, the presenters and event sponsors for making valuable days like this possible. Some of our students also had the opportunity to speak with ABC radio about the event and their passion for agriculture.
