Device Enrolments

At St Luke’s Catholic College, either iPads or laptops are used. Stage 2 iPads, Stage 3 iPads or laptops and Stage 4 onwards laptops.

Early next year, the school is offering the option for families to come in with their child's device to be enrolled to the school network if required. This invitation extends to both new students and those students who have received a new device over the school holidays. As such IT will be positioned in the school’s foyer on the 30th of January (Tuesday) and the 31st of January (Wednesday) between 10:00am - 12:00pm to complete this process. There will be a ticketing / queue system in place, so please ensure you secure your spot in the queue upon arrival.

Uniform Ordering

St Luke’s uniform ordering process has changed from the QKR app.

Orders are to be placed on the below website using the password provided.

When placing an order on the website, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has gone through and then another email once your order has been processed with either the tracking details or delivery date to the school (please check your junk email the first time you place your order to see notification).

The last day to order for pick up from Oz Fashions or home delivery is Friday 15thDecember 2023.

Please note that the online warehouse closes during the Christmas/January holiday break. The website will remain open to accept orders during this time, however orders will not be delivered or sent out until the last week of January (first week of school). As this is peak time, we cannot guarantee the date of dispatch or delivery for orders getting sent out via home delivery.

All orders must be placed before 15th December to ensure you have a uniform to start school in 2024 and to accommodate an exchange before the end of term.

Leaving families

Parents of students leaving St Luke's need to ensure that they download and print the semester reports before their child's last day. Once students have been made "Inactive" these reports are not available to parents.

Kiss and Drop

Parents please be reminded that you are to remain in your vehicle when in the kiss and drop lane mornings and Carline during afternoon pickup. We appreciate your continued support.

Bike Helmets

If students are riding their bike or scooter to school they need to be wearing a bike helmet. This is law and the college will be taking student details if this is not occurring. Students may be asked to leave their bike at the college and walk home if they do not have a helmet.

Canteen Snack Money

The canteen is also open for breakfast from 8:00-8:20 am each morning.
