LIBRARY SUPERSTARS!
Well done to our Year 1 class and parents. They are prolific borrowers and returners of books!
Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge
A reminder from Ann that the Reading Challenge ends on September 5th so make sure you're logging in your books using your log-in details.
Book Week 2025
A heads up that the CBCA Book Week celebration week starts August 16th through to August 23rd. CBCA has been celebrating books for 80 years this year and the theme for this year is 'Book an Adventure'.
Keep your eyes out for more information about this fantastic time. Can't wait!
We discussed Book Week activites during Library sessions this week. The children are very excited.
Some of you may remember Book Club from when you were at Primary School.
We're very excited that we're joining Scholastic Book Club this term!
Your child should have received a Book Club brochure. If you would like to purchase from this brochure you need to place your order online before August 4th. A percentage of the sales from these brochures will go towards your child's class. The books are delivered in bulk to the school.
Another initiative coming home today is an offer from QBD Books. When you're out and about shopping near a QBD store, hand the voucher to the store. Each time you hand in a voucher, you score a point towards a QBD raffle prize.
Please remember to remind your child/children to return their books on their scheduled library day. Scheduled classes take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please see the table below for when your child/children's classes take place.

It has been wonderful to see students bringing and using their library bags when borrowing books. This helps to keep our books safe and in good condition. Library bags are available for purchase at the uniform shop.
Thank you for supporting our love of reading at school.
Happy reading!
