Student Voice

Thanks to our wonderful students who are always thinking of ways to strengthen relationships and community. Next week is no exception. Students from Year 2 / 3 went around to all classrooms today to share the news that next Tuesday, the 29th of July....is PLUSHY DAY!! Students are asked to bring along ONE plushy to spend the day with them at school. As we had a number of treats (juices, chips, popcorn etc) left over from the performance last term, students are also welcome to bring $3.00 if they would like to buy something to have as a little treat or snack. Thanks must go to Mariana, Jessica, Hanny and Connor in Terri's class for organising this whole school event. What great leadership and an excellent example of STUDENT VOICE!! See you all next week with your favourite plushy!  

What a night indeed!

Seems like a thousand years ago since the big night....'We Are Monsters', such a smashing success!!

Thankyou to the most wonderful bunch of people you can work with ~ staff, students and parents, who together, under the capable and visionary leadership of Kate and Antoniette, helped present the most wonderful musical ever staged at Sacred Heart. Seeing all the students dance and sing and perform in a beautiful theatre was fantastic and most of the credit indeed should go to the performers....the kids! It was brilliant and so lovely to hear the extremely positive feedback from parents and guardians who attended. Can't wait to watch the video!!! (see Production page in this newsletter to order!)
