Naming of our Indigenous Garden

We applied for the naming with the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation last year and we have now been provided with our official name:

'Ballet - ak'

meaning ' Connection' - 'unite together'

Thsi is a great name for our yarning circle and our garden space.

Thank you to our School Council President and families for coming in over the school holidays to continue to develop our indigenous garden space with weeding and planting some new plants. Thanks also to Theircare for the extra watering when required.

We will endeavour to create a sign and continue to develop this space.
