Middle School

Recently, our Year 7 students enjoyed a fantastic few days away at Camp Toolangi. Throughout the camp, students had the opportunity to work together, build new friendships and develop their teamwork skills. They took part in a range of exciting activities including BMX bike riding, the high ropes course, and a bushwalk through the local area. Many students pushed themselves outside their comfort zones, trying new challenges and learning new skills. It was wonderful to see the students supporting one another and enjoying time together beyond the classroom environment.

Our Year 8 students recently returned from a memorable five-day adventure at Camp Weekaway. Despite facing some challenging weather conditions, students showed great resilience and enthusiasm throughout the week. They embraced the experience with a positive attitude, participating in a variety of team-based and outdoor activities that encouraged collaboration, perseverance, and personal growth. It was a fantastic experience and a credit to the students for the positive way they embraced the challenges of the week.

As we come to the end of Term 2, I take the opportunity to congratulate our Middle School students for continuing to align to this year’s theme of ‘Aim High, Achieve More’.

I wish everyone a safe, restful holiday break.
