Principals' Day 2025

Principals' Day is celebrated in Australia today, Friday 1st August 2025. At Essendon North Primary School however, we will celebrate our exceptional principals on a date in the near future, when all members of our Executive Team are present. Stay tuned!
Principals' Day gives us all the opportunity to acknowledge and thank our ENPS Executive Team, Kate Barletta, Alice McKenzie, Alice Stephens and Connor Smith. Our four principals are the first level administrators of our school, and they play a vital role in shaping the learning environment for our students and teachers alike.
Our principals pour their hearts into the education and success of this great school, and it comes from a place of passion and dedication. They often arrive to school early and stay late to ensure everything runs smoothly and they work tirelessly to support everyone’s success. Their commitment shines through in every decision they make - and this sets the tone for the whole school.
Our principals wear many hats, from cheerleader to problem-solver. Not only supporting both students and staff, but parents and carers too - ensuring everyone has the tools they need to succeed. And they create spaces where students feel safe, valued, and eager to learn.
This positive support is crucial for a thriving school community, and student success and ENPS would not be what it is today without our four great principals leading the way.
Thank you for everything you do, and how you have shaped our great school.
Warm regards,
ENPS School Council
