School Captains' Report

Wominjeka everyone, and welcome to our first newsletter of Term Three. We hope everyone had a great holiday and first two weeks back at school. Can you believe that it is already Term Three?! Here are a few highlights from the past two weeks.

Firstly as some of you may have noticed we have opened up a different entrance on Gillies Street. This entrance is closer to the crossing where our friendly supervisor, Ernie, greets us with a smile every morning. We have also moved our bike racks to behind our two Year Six classrooms for more space.

Recently the ENPS athletics team has been training for their upcoming District event. They will be competing in their athletic event. Good luck to all that will be competing and we will all be cheering you on.

Another sports update is Hoop Time. The Junior Hoop Time has finished and congratulations to everyone that competed, and thank you to the Year Six coaches for coaching and encouraging them on. Next there will be Senior Hoop Time (Years Five - Six), they are currently going through tryouts where they will be competing against other schools. Good luck!

Also the Year Fours are going on camp next week to Mount Evelyn. Camp is an amazing experience and super fun! We hope all the Year Fours have an amazing camp experience and we can’t wait to see you back on Wednesday!

We hope everyone has an amazing weekend and we can’t wait to see you all on Monday

Sincerely,

Your School Captains, Engy, Astin and Sam.
