Science Week 2025
9th - 17th August
"National Science Week is an opportunity for everyone to talk science, see science and do science"
Every year National Science Week promotes science and technology pursuits across our country, acknowledges the contribution of our Australian scientists, and engages the minds of many at events held nationwide.
To search for events (many of them free!) happening across Melbourne, head to www.scienceweek.net.au. From chemistry carnivals, to design workshops, physics tours, microscopic exploration, family science trivia and STEM Storytime - there's plenty of choice for budding scientists of all ages.
This year's Science Week theme for schools is ‘Decoding the Universe – Exploring the unknown with nature’s hidden language’. At ENPS we look forward to exploring science in our classrooms and connecting this year's theme to our current science units.
