Term 3 Week 8
Vacation care is booking up quickly as usual. Don't forget if you are trying to book on the app and the days is full please join our waiting list as places do become available.
A reminder as some missed out last time that Vacation care will be close for all bookings on Friday 15th September
If you have a sibling starting prep in 2024 and they have turned 4 they are welcome to join us at Vacation care this Spring.
What have we been up to in the last two weeks?
Last week was book week and the children enjoyed a variety of activities which focused on some of our most loved books. We joined in with the whole school on Thursday and our staff dressed up at their favourite literary characters too.
Our children also took part in a book reading competition to see how many books they could read from our library at Before and After school care. The Grade ones in particular really get involved with this and Elaina and Remy won the competition with some amazing intense reading sessions.
This week has been all about Productions and the theatre. We of course had the first whole school run through of our wonderful Wind in the Willows production on Tuesday and the Children have loved coming to After School Care this week and practicing their songs and lines. We have had some of our favourite show songs playing and had some great sing alongs.
