Changes to Lutheran Care Counselling Support at St Paul

Last week we farewelled Natalie Schilling at St Paul. We would like to thank Natalie for her wonderful work at St Paul Lutheran School supporting our children in her counselling. This week we welcome Shameela Khambhaita as our new counsellor from Lutheran Care. Shameela (Shame) has extensive experience in working with children, parents and school settings and we are looking forward to working together to continue to support our children at St Paul. Welcome Shameela. 

Term 3 Chapels and Assemblies

Families are welcome to come along to the Church for Chapel on Wednesday mornings from 9am and to the hall for Assemblies on Friday mornings from 9am. Chapel and Assemblies will continue to be livestreamed on our closed group on Facebook each week, if you need help accessing this, please pop in for a chat.

This term will be exploring the theme of ‘Heroes of the Bible” each week. Thank you to Pastor Matt for leading us in Chapel this morning.

Father’s Day Stall Volunteers

School volunteers

If you wish to be a volunteer at St Paul Lutheran, you can speak with our admin team and a pack can be emailed or sent home with your child. All volunteers require a valid WWCC clearance and need to complete the Valuing Safe Communities training. If you have any questions, please contact Jess Robinson jrobinson@stpaulba.sa.edu.au Please note that we will be relying on parent volunteers to ensure class excursions can go ahead. If you would like to assist on these days you will need to be a registered volunteer. 

Dr Justin Coulson’s Connected Schools Parenting Workshops

Thank you to everyone who came along to Endeavour or watched these sessions online last week. It was great to be together as a Connected Schools community. We hope that you found the workshops helpful and informative, we certainly did! It has been great to chat to a few people about what you took away from Justin’s talks.
