Opus Concerts
Our two Opus concerts are fast approaching, and we can't wait to showcase our music ensembles! Take note of some ensemble adjustments to accommodate missed rehearsal days, outlined in the list below.
Both concerts are set to commence in the Assembly Hall at 6:00pm, with student arrival times starting from 5:15pm.
Wednesday 1 May 6:00pm
Allegria Chamber Strings, Avanti, Campo delle Voci, Ciao Bella, Corelli Strings, Junior String Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Symphonic Winds
Thursday 9 May 6:00pm
Big Band, Canzona, Piccolo Choir, Wind Orchestra, Paganini Strings, Faure Flutes, Viotti Strings, Vivo Strings
All Primary musicians are required to wear their formal school uniform without hats. Secondary musicians in Avanti can wear their formal school uniform, and all other secondary musicians are required to wear our Clayfield College Black Music Performance uniform, including a gold hair ribbon, available at the College Shop. This uniform also includes black stockings and black court shoes or ballet flats and gold ribbon. Secondary boys are required to wear black trousers and a long-sleeved black shirt, with black socks and polished shoes.
