Hello from our students and teachers

Hello from F/1 Lowe. 

We have had a great start to this term. We have loved our sessions at the gym, every Friday.

In Maths this week, we have worked on partners to 10, different ways of representing a number and ordering numbers from smallest to largest.

Here are some photos showing different ways to represent a given number.

We have also learnt about Anzac Day and attended out special Anzac Day ceremony presented by our school student leadership team. It was a very respectful ceremony and we noticed that every student showed respect by standing at the appropriate time, listening carefully, and thoughtfully considering the words that were spoken in the overview, poem, songs and prayer.

We read the story, Anzac Ted. Then we watched a video teaching us how to draw Anzac Ted step by step. Here are our drawings.
