For the exceptional efforts you are applying to your writing. Violet, I have been utterly impressed by your inclusion of complex punctuation, descriptive adjectives and detailed sentences. You should be applauded for the consistent pride you take in your written work. Keep up the outstanding work, Violet!

Grade 1/2 B- Celeste Oppenheim-Smith  

For your amazing persistence this week in Maths. You have embraced the challenge of adding small collections of coins and applied a range of strategies to assist you with this! Keep persevering with this using your skip counting to help you. 

Grade 1/2 D- Evie Toohey

For showing great enthusiasm in your learning this week. We are proud of your growth mindset with completing all your tasks and the way you help others in the classroom. You should be proud with what you have achieved. Keep it up, Evie T!

 

Grade 3/4 M- Lewis Matthew

For the positive way you approach all of your learning. This week in Literacy, you were able to apply new knowledge to your work and ask questions to clarify and extend your understanding. It was great to see your enthusiasm in Maths to be challenged and to master new strategies to learn your timetables. Keep it up, superstar!

Outstanding display of the school values and classroom expectations. Oliver consistently shows respect, care and responsibility when doing his work or out playing footy at lunch time. Well done Oliver on being an awesome role model!

Alfie, your positive attitude towards learning every day is awesome. I love how much effort you're putting into planning and publishing your picture story book. Is for showcasing her thorough knowledge of BIDMAS this week. Maeve, you have created complex equations for your Connect 4 game and have confidently justified your mathematical understanding. Keep up the great work legend!

Your artistic talents shined brightly this week when you learned how to create different patterns to add to your painted background masterpieces. Keep up the great work!

Japanese: Student of the Week . Rosemary Zhou – 3/4R

For the courage and confidence you showed in volunteering to perform your Japanese introduction dialogue in front of the class. Rosemary, you are always a dedicated and diligent member of Japanese and you’re a great role model to others in your class.
